Hidden value in objects
Schaetze24 connects item owners with experts for evaluation. The case study shows the interface and product process: submission, category selection, valuation handling, and communication. The displayed screens are from the Figma project; they do not represent the current store version.
Two perspectives, one process
- The user adds photos and a description of the item, selects a category, and submits the item for evaluation.
- The expert accepts the submission, works on the valuation, and provides the result.
- The AI assistant supports the discussion about the item and gathering information.
- Statuses, payments, and notifications organize the subsequent stages of the process.
Interface designed for the task
Bright screens guide users through category selection, while a dark form highlights the moment of adding an item. Golden accents and minimalist typography refer to the collectible nature of the product. We showcase specific user tasks and decisions, rather than just decorative covers.
