The project, the thinking and the outcome.

Clarity in complicated situations

AZYL supports individuals, families, foreign residents and organisations with legal, administrative and social matters. Visitors may arrive knowing their situation but not the name of the service they need. The website starts with plain-language descriptions and makes it possible to ask for guidance without choosing a specialist category first.

An offer organised by situation

The service overview separates legal and family matters, residence and documentation procedures, and support for organisations. The homepage introduces common requests, explains the consultation process in four steps and answers frequently asked questions. This gives the first contact a practical context: what can be discussed and what happens next.

Implementation

The custom WordPress presentation uses a restrained dark-and-gold identity, editorial service layouts and reusable contact sections. Contact forms include a preferred-language choice for Polish, Ukrainian or English. Telephone, email and address details are available alongside the form, allowing visitors to choose a suitable way to start the conversation.

Key parts of the experience

  • Grouped legal, administrative and social-support services
  • A four-step explanation of the consultation process
  • Frequently asked questions before the contact stage
  • An enquiry form with a preferred-language field
  • Direct telephone, email and map links
  • Separate information about the organisation and cooperation

Designed around the next step

The site’s purpose is to make the available help understandable and the next action explicit. Its content avoids requiring the visitor to understand professional terminology before getting in touch. The screenshots show the contrast between the introductory brand presentation and the more structured service catalogue.
